The air conditioning can of course cool and heat, but can also be used to dehumidify the house if you are not there for a period. An hour a day is enough to prevent your house from smelling musty when you return after a while. Good ventilation ultimately provides a "healthy house"!

IMPROVING ENERGY CERTIFICATE
In this blog (CEE 2033) we have already reported that from 2033 onwards, the energy certificate for all homes in Spain must have a letter D. Know that with the installation of solar panels you can increase the certificate by 1 to as many as 3 letters, depending on how many devices in the house have an electrical supply and how many are connected to another source (such as gas for example). This can also be a great advantage for future developments and possible sale of the property.
